Return/Refund Policy

We stand behind our product, and are confident that you will definitely like our product very much. But for any reason, you are not really satisfied with it, we will be happy to assist you with it, and try our best to resolve the issue for you. You can contact us via our “Feedback” tab, on our website,, and we will be more than glad to help you, and facilitate a solution to your satisfaction.

Some ways to check for solutions

  1. Have you checked your own heartbeat with the Heartbeat Monitor? If you have checked it, and heard your heartbeat, then it means that the product is not defective, and you just have not yet located your baby’s heartbeat. Remember, sometimes it takes a little longer to detect it, as the baby is so small, and the heartbeat of the baby is very soft- much softer than an adult’s heartbeat. But continue with patience, and you will be able to locate the baby’s heartbeat.
  2. Keep in mind that you should try locating the baby’s heartbeat between 14-16 weeks of pregnancy. If you try it any earlier, it can be hard to detect it.
  3. Also, please follow the User Manual closely that came with the package, or use the instructions on the website under “ How to Use”, as well as the Frequently Asked Questions on our website,


If you have determined that the product is defective, our exchange policy is 60 days. If you have registered your product on our website, your exchange period is extended to 90 days.


If you decide to return the product, please know that our policy for returns is 30 days. So, if more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the product, we will not be able to offer you a refund. In order to qualify for a return, the product will need to be in an unused condition, with the same packaging it originally came in.

Meeting the above criteria, please contact us through our “Feedback “ tab, on, so we can provide you with a Return Authorization number, as well as the information to mail out the product.

Upon receipt of the item we will inspect it, and notify you of its approval or denial. If approved, your credit card or PayPal account will be refunded for the purchase price of the product returned. Keep in mind that you are responsible for paying the costs to ship the product that you return.
